The Land van Cuijk region may not be known to everyone, but it has surprisingly much to offer. Here, along the Maas, you find a beautiful mix of culture, nature, and tranquility. You'll likely feel a sense of relaxation as soon as you arrive at Hotel Cuijk-Nijmegen. The warm, familial atmosphere makes you feel welcome immediately. Nature is central both in the interior and outside. The animal meadow on the premises is home to chickens, rabbits, deer, and goats. Food is available in the hotel to feed the animals yourself, which is especially delightful for children. Young guests can also enjoy climbing and scrambling on the wooden play equipment near the terrace. There is also a pétanque court and a table tennis table for playing games together. Another activity that makes a stay at Hotel Cuijk-Nijmegen so enjoyable is running through the orchard full of apple trees and visiting the hotel's vineyard. Around the hotel are various nature reserves where you can entertain yourself for hours. Within walking distance is the Kraayenbergse Lakes nature and recreation area, consisting of multiple lakes with beaches. So during a sunny weekend, be sure to bring your towel and enjoy relaxing on the sand. There are ample opportunities on the water for rowing, surfing, and sailing. At the marina, it's fun to watch the boats, and you can also fish. A sporty outing to one of the challenging 18-hole golf courses is easily arranged, or go for a relaxed afternoon at Thermen Berendonck. For more action, hop on your bike or mountain bike, or put on your hiking boots. In the area, you will find many different routes, for example, in the forest and heath area Mookerheide or with the Maasheggen, the oldest cultural landscape in the Netherlands.

The oldest city in the country is also nearby. From the hotel, you can reach the cozy center of Nijmegen in about twenty minutes by car. The city is known for its rich Roman history and, of course, the famous walking event in July, the Four Days Marches. One of the stages even runs a few hundred meters from Hotel Cuijk-Nijmegen.

Hotel Cuijk-Nijmegen has recently been renovated in phases. During each renovation, it was essential to maintain the cozy atmosphere. In addition, Bar & Brasserie Terra opened last year in the heart of the hotel, a cozy place to gather throughout the day. Order a delicious cup of coffee with cake or go for a cozy drink with snacks.
