A restaurant with character and style

The renovated interior was designed by Maartje Heinrichs from ME Design & Interior. She has created a welcoming and inspiring ambiance with warm tones, stylish details, and a refined decor. "Dining out is not just about the taste, but about the overall experience," says Maartje. "We wanted to create a place where guests feel at home right away and where design and hospitality come together perfectly."

Marlijn van der Valk is enthusiastic about the renovated restaurant: "Besides Maartje being my cousin, I am extremely proud of her and the beautiful result she has achieved. She has outdone herself once again. We have worked as circular as possible, although you wouldn't say so at first glance. Our employees are proud to work in such a cozy place, and our guests are surprised by the impressive transformation. It feels like a warm bath as soon as you step inside."

A festive opening with a special revelation

On April 10, 2025, the renovated restaurant will be officially opened during a festive gathering. Four generations from the Van der Valk family will be present, and a special unveiling will take place: the new name of the restaurant.
